Registration for Paper Valley Youth Soccer
PVYSC has opened registration to fill the open roster spots on recreational teams formed for the 2010 season. The following openings are available for recreational players:

To register for one of the roster spaces above, send an e-mail to administrator@pvysc.org with the subject line of FINAL REGISTRATION and include the following information in the body of the e-mail:

A registration form will be sent to you, Please complete it and enclose the fees as noted on the form and return it to: PVYSC, ATTN: Registrar, PO Box 173, Neenah, WI 54957-0173.
Online (Closed)
PVYSC online registration center will remain open 24 hours a day to assist you in registering for the 2010 season. We are working with a new vendor this year, and we hope the site will prove easier to navigate than previous versions. The new service is tied directly into the state registrations system, making it easer for PVYSC staff to create teams, track volunteers and schedule games.
As always, there are no additional processing fees to register online.
In-Person
Our in-person registration has conlcuded for the 2010 season. However, you may still register online and pay no addiitonal fees until January 15. Financial assistance is available. Please call Club Administrator Sean Johnson (920) 209-6121.
Length of Season
The season begins April 26 and will end July 1 for ages U5 to U14. Because of the high school sports seasons, U16 and U19 teams will play in the month of July.

Player Fees
Fees for the 2010 Season will be as follows:
U5 - Players born between Aug. 1, 2004 and July 31, 2005 - $55, $80 after Jan. 15
U6 - Players born between Aug. 1, 2003 and July 31, 2004 - $55, $80 after Jan. 15
U7 - Players born between Aug. 1, 2002 and July 31, 2003 - $65, $90 after Jan. 15
U8 - Players born between Aug. 1, 2001 and July 31, 2002 - $65, $90 after Jan. 15
U9/10 - Players born between Aug. 1, 1999 and July 31, 2001 - $70, $95 after Jan. 15
U12 - Players born between Aug. 1, 1997 and July 31, 1999 - $70, $95 after Jan. 15
U14 - Players born between Aug. 1, 1995 and July 31, 1996 - $70, $95 after Jan. 15
U16 - Players born between Aug. 1, 1993 and July 31, 1995 - $70, $95 after Jan. 15
U19 - Players born between Aug 1, 1990 and July 31, 1993 - $70, $95 after Jan. 15
(All fees include applicable state sales tax.)
In the recreational program, we offer coed only at U5, U6, U16 and U19. At all other ages, female players have the option of playing coed or girls only. Additional information on nights of play can be found in the game nights section of the web site.
Classic players will be registered as a team by their coach or manager following the team selection process and should not register through this process.
