Teams Conlude Fall Campaign

Many of PVYSC's competitive teams completed the fall season the weekend of Nov. 8, with several securing the top spot in their respective division.

Club Completes Memorial Irrigation Project

Paper Valley Youth Soccer Club has helped the city complete the irrigation of the primary soccer fields at Memorial Park at no cost to taxpayers.

Irrigation of fields 3,4 & 5 were completed in mid-October. The Neenah High School Booster Club paid for the irrigation of one field, while the club paid the costs of two of the fields. The two organizations previously split the costs of irrigation fields 1 & 2.

The cost of irrigating each field costs between $6,000 and $8,000. Proceeds from the club's annual Flatgrass Regional Showdown tournament were used to pay PVYSC's cost of the project.

The irrigation should help the playing surface deal with the current demands for play.

To register for tryouts, All of the following must be completed and returned to PVYSC, PO Box 173, Neenah, WI 54957-0173 by June 1:

2009-10 U10/11 Tryout Registration Form OR 2009-10 U15+ Tryout Registration Form
Tryout Liability and Medical Consent Waiver
One check for $20 - $35 after July 3 - made out to PVYSC to pay the tryout assessors
One check for $100 made out to PVYSC. This is the player registration fee and will be returned if a player does not make a team or declines an offer.

Registration materials for U11 and U10 Developmental tryouts are due July 3.
